The Board of Sarawak Concrete Industries Berhad is pleased to announce that an EGM of the Company shall be held at 8th Floor, Menara Zecon, Lot 393, Section 5, KLTD, Jalan Satok, 93400 Kuching, Sarawak on 5 August 2003 at 11.00 am.


The notice of EGM will be advertised in the "New Straits Time" on 14 July 2003. A copy of the notice is attached herewith.

30 copies of the Circular to Shareholders together with the PDF file diskette will be forwarded to the Exchange in due course.
