Reference is made to the circular dated 21 May 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Issuance of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers with Unsatisfactory Financial Condition and Inadequate Level of Operation.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilize the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 March 2021 (“Quarterly Reports”). Hence, the Quarterly Reports would be released on or before the extended due date by 30 June 2021.

Nevertheless, the Company will continue to comply with the continuing disclosure obligations under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), including the obligation to make an immediate announcement of any material information as required by Paragraph 9.03 of the Listing Requirements.
