Abdul Rahman Bin Mohd Amin has accumulated approximately 28 years of working experience in Human Resources Management in various sectors that include Manufacturing, Human Resources Services, Construction, Automotive, Fabrication and Oil & Gas environments. After graduated from University of Science Malaysia, Penang in 1993, he started his career as Human Resources Executive with Chunghwa Picture Tubes (M) Sdn Bhd. In 2000, he joined Matsushita Display Devise (M) Sdn. Bhd.as a Head of Personnel, Human Resources and Personnel Department till 2004. In 2004, he joined Andaraya (M) Sdn. Bhd., one of the largest outsourcing company in Malaysia as Operation Manager and ended his career in 2012 as Operation General Manager. In 2012, he joined Oriental Summit Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., one of the subsidiaries of DRB-HICOM Group of Companies as Human Capital Deputy General Manager. In 2015, he joined MIE Industrial Sdn. Bhd. as Head of Human Resources Department and in 2019, he was promoted as Group Human Resources Head.
