ContentsFurther to our announcement dated 27 May 2010 in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement entered into between SEB with Groupage Energy Sdn. Bhd. (GESB), the Board of Directors of SEB wishes to announce that the establishment of the Joint Venture Company, namely Twin Value Sdn. Bhd. (TVSB) has been completed on 7 July 2010. The initial investment of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, are held by SEB and GESB in equal proportion.

TVSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 1 April 2010 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and paid-up.

This announcement is dated 8 July 2010.
