aforesaid matter.

1) Net profit/loss of SELEKTA based on its latest audited account.
2) Commentary on the past performance of business of SELEKTA to be acquired.
3) Plan and business strategy relating to the new business.
4) Cost of diversification.
5) Capacity and capabilities including expertise of the Company on the Share
Sale Agreement.
6) Termination clause(s) in relation to the agreement, if any.
7) To elaborate more on projected cash flows and the basis of purchase
consideration.
8) To elaborate on the new business risk and how to mitigate the risk.
9) Prospects and risk of the new business.
