| All definitions set out in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Seremban Engineering Berhad (formerly known as Seremban Engineering Sdn Bhd) dated 14 April 2010. Applications for the IPO Shares will close on the time and date stated above or such later date or dates as the Directors, Sole Underwriter and Offeror may in their absolute discretion mutually decide. Should the closing date of the application for the IPO Shares be extended, the dates for the allotment of the IPO Shares and the listing will be extended accordingly. Any extension of time for the application for the IPO Shares will be announced by way of advertisements in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper within Malaysia.
