The Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had on 17 May 2022 resolved to combine the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee into a single committee, namely “Nomination and Remuneration Committee” with immediate effect.

 

The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is as follows:-
