RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 96,351,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.10 EACH IN SERSOL (SERSOL SHARES) (RIGHTS SHARES), TOGETHER WITH UP TO 96,351,000 FREE DETACHABLE NEW WARRANTS (WARRANTS) ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE TOGETHER WITH ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING SERSOL SHARE HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 29 MARCH 2013 (ENTITLEMENT DATE) (RIGHTS ISSUE OF SHARES WITH WARRANTS).

as from : [ 27 March 2013 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 29 March 2013 ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the
brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/2 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 10% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/2 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
