1 Material development or changes in our group's business and affairs not previously disclosed
2. Material changes in the major shareholders except as disclosed in recent announcement
3. Any other reasons to account for the unusual market action

We draw your attention to the high trading volume in your Companys shares
recently.
In accordance with Part IV of Guidance Notes 1 of the Listing Requirements of
the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for MESDAQ Market (Bursa Securities
MMLR) on Response To Unusual Market Activity, you are requested to furnish
Bursa Securities with an announcement for public release after a due enquiry
seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the Companys securities.
When considering your response and when making the required announcement, your
attention is particularly drawn to the continuing disclosure requirements set
