Outcome of Meeting 
Sinaran Advance Group Berhad (“SAG” or “Company”) – Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”)

The Board of Directors of SAG wishes to announce that all resolutions tabled at the EGM held today as listed in the EGM Notice dated 9 September 2021 were duly approved by the shareholders.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll via remote participation and electronic voting and the results were validated by SharePolls Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
