MACQUARIE CAPITAL SECURITIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("MCSM")

OFFERING OF UP TO 30,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF SKP RESOURCES BHD ("SKPRES") ("SKPRES-C4")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 30,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SKPRES by way of market making.


The SKPRES-C4 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The SKPRES-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The SKPRES-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under SKPRES-C4 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
