MACQUARIE CAPITAL SECURITIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("MCSM")

OFFERING OF UP TO 35,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF SKP RESOURCES BERHAD ("SKPRES") ("SKPRES-CV")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SKPRES by way of market making.

 

The SKPRES-CV is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The SKPRES-CV is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The SKPRES-CV is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under SKPRES-CV are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
