4) The details of events leading to the commencement of the Writ Action and Injunction Application.
5) The particulars of the claim under the Writ Action and Injunction Application respectively, including all relief(s) sought by BPMB and interest rate (if applicable).

6) The estimated potential liability to Silver Ridge group of companies (“Group”) arising from the litigation.

7) The financial and operational impact of the Writ Action and Injunction Application to the Group.
