References are made to earlier announcements dated 11 August 2020, 14 August 2020 and 14 September 2020 (‘Previous Announcements’).

 

The Board of Directors of SRHB wishes to announce that today was fixed for Case Management via E-Review. During the Case Management, the 2nd to 5th Defendants have informed the Court that they have filed an application for Striking Out. The Court has directed the 2nd to 5th Defendants to file an Affidavit in Support of their Striking Out application.

 

The Court was also informed by SRHB that it had filed a Notice of Discontinuance against several Defendants, Amended Writ and Amended Statement of Claim (‘SOC’). As such, the Court has fixed the next Case Management on 8.10.2020 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to determine the directions of the Amended Writ and Amended SOC.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcements on material development in respect of Suit 362 as and when necessary.
