Reference made to the Company's announcements dated 7 July 2022 and 13 July 2022 on the above matter.

The Board of Directors of SRHB wishes to inform that following to the Hearing on 15 July 2022, before Yang Arif Tuan Atan Mustaffa Yussof Ahmad the following directions was given during today's proceedings:-

1. Silver Ridge Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and SRHB ("the Defendants") are to file any interlocutory application on or before 12 August 2022.

2. The Plaintiff is to file the reply to our Affidavit in Support of Variations by 12 August 2022. In the event the Plaintiff and the Defendants are able to come to an agreement in relation to the variation, the application for variation will be acadaemic.

3. Case Management for Writ Action is fixed on 22 July 2022 for the Plaintiff to update the status of service to the Defendants that have not been served. 

4. Further Case Management for interlocutory applications is fixed on 17 August 2022.

5. Case Management for the Writ Action is fixed on 1 September 2022.

The Board wishes to further inform that the Mareva Ex-Parte Order will lapse on 25 July 2022 and there is no ad interim order in respect of the same.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on any material development of the case in due course.
