Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS, the exercise price of the Warrants will be revised from RM1.65 per Sunway Share to RM1.56 per Sunway Share and an additional 39,555,548 Warrants will be allotted and issued on 11 November 2020 to the entitled warrant holders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Sunway at 5.00pm on 6 November 2020. The additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 December 2020 simultaneously with the ICPS.

In accordance with the Deed Poll, the Adjustments shall take effect on 9 November 2020, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.

The notice to Warrant Holders in relation to the Adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants will be despatched in due course.
