- NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 14 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ON DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that the Directors and Principal Officers of Sunway, have given notice of the additional Warrants 2017/2024 ("Warrants") allotted to them by Sunway on 11 November 2020 arising from the adjustment to the number of outstanding Warrants in Sunway in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2017 constituting the Warrants, pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of new irredeemable convertible preference shares undertaken by Sunway.
