ContentsThe Board of Directors of Sunzen Biotech (Board) wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 January 2010 received a registered licence in relation to its product namely Orgacids-Multi-Organic Acids (Registered Licence) from the Peoples Republic of China (PRC), which was issued on 7 December 2009. The Registered Licence certifies that the Orgacids-Multi-Organic Acids is verified safe and effective to be used in PRC. The validity period for the Registered Licence is from December 2009 to December 2014 and is renewable upon expiry.

The Board is of the opinion that the Registered Licence is to the best interest of Sunzen Biotech and its subsidiaries (Sunzen Biotech Group) and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue of the Sunzen Biotech Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
