Reference is made to the announcements dated 12 January 2021, 5 February 2021, 1 March 2021, 5 April 2021 and 4 May 2021.
Pursuant to the SSA, the completion of the SSA for the Acquisition is to take place 14 days after the Unconditional Date or any extended date mutually agreed between the parties. As the Unconditional Date for the SSA was on 4 May 2021, the completion date for the SSA is to take place on 18 May 2021. The Company and the Vendors have on 17 May 2021, mutually agreed to extend the completion of the SSA for a further period of 14 days from 18 May 2021 i.e. until 1 June 2021.
