Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and Conditional MCO until 9 June 2020 as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia and in consideration of the challenges faced by the Company during the current situation, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has applied and been granted approval by the Companies Commission of Malaysia an extension of time to hold its 15th AGM at a date no later than 28 September 2020.
Sunzen will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 15th AGM and Notice of the 15th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
