The Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce that Sunzen International Investment Limited (“SIIL”), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, had on 16 May 2018 applied to the Companies Registry of Hong Kong for deregistration pursuant to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

The Companies Registry of Hong Kong had published a Gazette pursuant to Section 751 of the Companies Ordinance on 18 April 2019 that SIIL had been deregistered on 18 April 2019.

SIIL was a dormant company incorporated in Hong Kong on 9 January 2015. The issued share capital of SIIL was HKD100 comprising 100 ordinary shares.

The deregistration of SIIL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share nor net assets per share of Sunzen Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of Sunzen and/or persons connected with Directors and/or Major Shareholders has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the deregistration.
