We wish to announce that the SUPERMX-C1P expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 Jun 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SUPERMX-C1P x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of SUPERMX-C1P x (RM3.4005 - RM9.7269) x (1/17.5084) = Number of SUPERMX-C1P x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM3.4005 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C1P will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the SUPERMX-C1P shall terminate absolutely.
