We wish to announce that the SUPERMX-C96 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 Dec 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SUPERMX-C96 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of SUPERMX-C96 x (RM6.5178 - RM4.25) x (1/4.50) = Number of SUPERMX-C96 x RM0.5039 The Closing Price of RM6.5178 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 31 Dec 2020. |
