- Merging of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Supermax ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has approved the merging of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company into a single Board Committee known as Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") with effect from 18 August 2022. 

 

The composition of the NRC of the Company is as follows:-
