| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of TTB have at the 92nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 6 July 2017 at Cubic World Function Hall, 41, Level 3 (1st Floor), Pusat Beli Belah Pandan Kapital, Persiaran MPAJ, Off Jalan Pandan Indah Utama, Pandan Indah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur approved all the resolutions including five (5) ordinary resolutions under the special business as set out in the Notice of TTB's 92nd AGM dated 31 May 2017. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
