We wish to inform that Dato' Sri Andrew Tan Jun Suan, the Group Managing Director has given notice of his dealings in the securities of Tanco Holdings Berhad ("the Company") in respect of the allotment of warrants arising from the Bonus Issue of Free Warrants on the basis of one (1) warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares in the Company ("Warrants").
The allotment of the Warrants is exempted from the restrictions on dealings pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
