Reference is made to the letter dated 11 April 2022 received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") pertaining to the unusual market activity due to sharp rise in price and trading volume of the Company's shares recently ("trading activity").  After making due enquiry with the Board of Directors ("Board"), major shareholders of the Company and such other relevant persons, the Company would like to inform that to the best of its knowledge:

1. Save for the Company's recent announcements of its ventures into the pharmaceutical and construction segments, the Board is not aware of any new developments relating to the Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. However, as an update,

(a) On the pharmaceutical segment, the research services agreement with Universiti Malaya ("UM") for UM to undertake the Statement of Work: Effect of Noden Supplement Against Dengue Infection: A Clinical Trial Study are still in progress whereas,

(b) On the construction segment, one of the two contracts awarded on the ECRL project has commenced and is in progress, meanwhile the Company's subsidiary is still actively seeking new construction opportunities;

2. The Board is not aware of any rumors or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity;

3. The Board is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and

4. The Company is in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements ('MMLR") of Bursa Securities, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities on immediate disclosure obligations.
