(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 7 October 2020 in relation to the MOU.)
We refer to the announcements dated 7 October 2020, 31 December 2020 and 27 May 2021 respectively.
The Board of Directors of Tanco wishes to inform that further to the above announcements, there had been no agreement concluded with MyAngkasa Bina since till todate. As such, PSD has issued to MyAngkasa Bina a letter dated 13 August 2021 to state and confirm that the MOU and all matters related to the same have lapsed and/ or expired and have no further effect.
