| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of 44,854,200 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Technodex Bhd. ("Tdex" or "Company") ("Tdex Shares") to be issued and credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new Tdex Share for every four (4) existing Tdex Shares held by the entitled shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 19/01/2010 ("Entitlement Date"). The date and listing and quotation for the 44,854,200 new Tdex Shares shall be 20 January 2010, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of Tdex will issue and dispatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 26 January 2010. The announcement is dated 4 January 2010 |
