The Company had on 25 October 2018 received approval letter from the Companies Commission of Malaysia in relation to the Company's application for extension of time to lodge AFS for the FYE 30 June 2019.

Following the change of financial year end, the next audited financial statements of the Company shall made up from 1 May 2018 to 30 June 2019 covering a period of fourteen (14) months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall be end on 30 June for each subsequent year.
