We wish to announce that TENAGA-C76 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 March 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of TENAGA-C76 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TENAGA-C76 x (RM10.7578 - RM12.80) x (1/15)
= Number of TENAGA-C76 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM10.7578 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TENAGA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and TENAGA-C76 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of TENAGA-C76 shall terminate absolutely.
