- APPOINTMENT OF NEW EXTERNAL AUDITORS

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 18 November 2021 in relation to the resignation of external auditors of the Company due to internal restructuring in Kreston. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that Messrs. TGS TW PLT has received the professional clearance from Kreston in accordance to Section 320 of the By-Laws of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Messrs. TGS TW PLT which has given their consent to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act, 2016 via its letter dated 21 December 2021.
