| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Theta Edge Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 27 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders at the AGM of the Company held today by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
