OFFERING OF UP TO 120,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BERHAD ("TOPGLOV") ("TOPGLOV-C1A")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 120,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making.


The TOPGLOV-C1A is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The TOPGLOV-C1A is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The TOPGLOV-C1A is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under TOPGLOV-C1A are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
