ON 21 DECEMBER 2015 (ENTITLEMENT DATE) AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.20 PER RIGHTS SHARE TOGETHER WITH 80,000,000 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS (WARRANT(S)) ON THE BASIS OF TWO (2) FREE WARRANTS FOR EVERY THREE (3) RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED (RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS)
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new TPC Share at the exercise price of RM0.20 at any time from and inclusive of the Issue Date until the Maturity Date ("Exercise Period"), subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 18 November 2015 constituting the Warrants. Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.
