BONUS ISSUE OF 668,295,786 WARRANTS IN TRIVE PROPERTY GROUP BERHAD ("TRIVE" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 713,740,158 WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES ("TRIVE SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF TRIVE AT 5.00 P.M. ON 25 AUGUST 2017
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new Share at the exercise price of RM0.10 at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 23 August 2017 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith.
