 Shares Offered under an Employees Share Option Scheme of up to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total number of issued shares of the Company (ESOS)

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ViTrox wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 March 2022 (“Offer Date”) offered the following options to its eligible Directors and employees to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“Shares”) (“Options”) under the ESOS in accordance with the ESOS by-laws of the Company:-

 

(a) Option price per Share is RM5.92.

 

(b) Number of Options offered are 60,000 Shares.

 

(c) Market price of ViTrox’s Shares at the close of the market on the Offer Date is RM6.47.

 

(d) Number of Options offered to each Director and the persons connected with them are as follows:-
