Pursuant to the bonus issue exercise undertaken by the Company, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 12 July 2016, the exercise price of the warrants 2015/ 2020 ("Warrants D") shall remain unchanged at RM0.10 while an additional 48,164,860 Warrants D will be listed and quoted on 8 September 2016. 

The Notice to Warrant D holders containing details of the adjustments to the number of outstanding Warrants D will be despatched to the holders of the Warrants D in due course.
