The Board of Directors of WCE Holdings Berhad ("WCEHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of WCEHB to be convened at a date, which will be notified later, for the proposed Renewal of RRPT.
The Circular of the proposed Renewal of RRPT will be issued to the shareholders together with the 2021 Annual Report of the Company in due course.
