Issuance of 124,999,999 free warrants in Wegmans Holdings Berhad ("Wegmans") ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing ordinary shares in Wegmans ("Wegmans Shares") held as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 January 2019 ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Warrants")
Each Warrant entitles the registered Warrant holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in Wegmans at the exercise price of RM0.30 for each Warrant. The Exercise Price and/or number of Warrants in issue shall from time to time be adjusted subject to adjustments under certain circumstances in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 18 January 2019.
