Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 5 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 3 February 2020, 2 March 2020, 1 April 2020, 4 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 1 September 2020, 1 October 2020 2 November 2020 and 1 December 2020,4 January 2021 and 2 February 2021 in compliance with GN3 of the Listing Requirements (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company had on 22 February 2021 submitted a letter to Bursa Securities, to further appeal against de-listing under rule 8.04 of the Ace Market Listing Requirements and to be granted an extension of time of up to 30 April 2021 to enable the Company to find a replacement sponsor. Further announcement in this respect shall be made upon Bursa Securities reverting with a decision on the said appeal.

Safe for the above, the Board wishes to inform that there is no material development on the regularisation plan and the GN3 status of the Company. The Board is currently in the midst of evaluating options available to formulate a plan to regularise its financial condition.
