The Board of Directors of WINTONI wishes to inform the outcome of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) (called pursuant to Section 145 of the Companies Act, 1965 with Special Notice given by ten (10) shareholders, namely, Khow Eng Guan, Kang Choon Leu @ Kang Chee Sim, Thean Lip Chong, Loh Khee Feei, Sze See Chuen, Low Thiam Chin, Lim Eng Tiong, Pau Siew Kee, Lee Chin Chow and Tan Chon Hoo @ Tan Choon Hoo, being the members holding not less than one-tenth of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company) held on Friday, 11 September 2015 at Kristal Ballroom 1, Level 2, East Wing, Hilton Petaling Jaya, No. 2, Jalan Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan as follows:-
a) That the Ordinary Resolutions Nos. 1 to 8 and 10 to 12 as set out in the Notice of the EGM of WINTONI dated 13 August 2015 were declared as academic by the Chairman.
b) Events leading to the Ordinary Resolutions Nos. 1 to 8 and 10 to 12 as being not subject matters for discussion were:-
