Please be advised that the statement made expressed the Company's intention to consider the listing of Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd ("ERLSB") on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange under the Securities Commission's Guidelines on Listing of Infrastructure Project Companies.

We further advise that the subject matter is preliminary and accordingly, the Company is unable to furnish facts in respect thereof for public release.
