YTL CORPORATION BERHAD

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 3309 OF 1999

    Further to Listing's Circular No. L/Q 1658 of 1999, kindly be advised that YTL has declared a first and final dividend of 20% tax exempt for the financial year ended 30 June 1999.

    Accordingly, the "YTL-A" shares which are not entitled for any dividend for the aforesaid period will cease to be quoted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 17 December 1999 and will merge with the existing "YTL" shares as from that date.
