Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of AME wishes to announce that it has received notifications dated 29 October 2021 from the following Directors (“Directors”) of their intentions to deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period impending the release of the Company’s quarterly results for the second quarter ended 30 September 2021.

The Directors’ current holdings in the securities of AME are as follows:-

(i)      Deemed interested by virtue of his interest in Lotus Ideal Sdn Bhd (“Lotus Ideal”) and Lifestyle Capital Sdn Bhd (“Lifestyle Capital”), pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) and shares held by his spouse, Ms Tan Mui Heong, pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Act.

(ii)     Deemed interested by virtue of his interest in Lotus Ideal and Lifestyle Capital pursuant to Section 8 of the Act and shares held by his son, Mr Lim Khai Wen, pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Act.

(iii)    Deemed interested by virtue of his interest in Lotus Ideal and Lifestyle Capital pursuant to Section 8 of the Act and shares held by his son and daughter, Mr Kang Chai Poh and Ms Kang Miay Hong, pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Act.

(iv)    Deemed interested by virtue of his interest in Lotus Ideal and Lifestyle Capital pursuant to Section 8 of the Act.
