ContentsWe refer to our announcement dated 1 October 2010 in relation to the disposal of AMPROPs entire equity interest in Selaman Sdn Bhd (34864-X)(SSB) to Puncak Exotika Sdn Bhd (721790-P) (PESB).

We wish to announce that the parties to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 1 October 2010 (SPA) have mutually agreed to extend the period for fulfillment of the conditions precedent set out in clause 3.03(i) of the SPA for a further period of two (2) months to 28 February 2011.

In consideration of the extension, PESB will pay a further non-refundable sum of RM10.0 million towards the payment of the purchase price whilst the balance purchase price of RM9.5 million will be paid on or before the completion date (as defined in the SPA).

This announcement is dated 30 December 2010.
