We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that an office copy of the High Court Order dated 14 October 2021 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 12 November 2021. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 12 November 2021 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act. The payment of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be made on 22 November 2021.
