DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.04 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ("RULES")

We refer to the Company's earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Lum Sing Fai, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of AMPROP and also a PAC with the Non-Entitled Shareholders, had dealt in AMPROP Shares on 12 July 2021 as follows:
