We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has today filed a petition to the High Court to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
