Description 
Proposed disposal by JF Apex Securities Berhad (JFAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad ("AEHB" or the Company), of its 43% equity interest in Apex Investment Services Berhad (AISB) comprising 10,105,000 ordinary shares to Clement Chew Kuan Hock, Asgari Bin Mohd Fuad Stephens and Raevendren Ramachandran (collectively referred to as the Purchasers) for a total cash consideration of RM5,183,865.00 (Proposed Disposal)

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
Further to the announcements made on 23 March 2021 and 25 March 2021, the Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad wishes to inform that JFAS’s solicitors had on 25 February 2022 confirmed that all the Conditions Precedent for the Proposed Disposal have been fulfilled and the balance of purchase price has been released to JFAS on 9 March 2022, marking the Completion of the Proposed Disposal.
